Coaches
All Regal hitting coaches are Blast certified instructors. We leverage the power of the Blast Bat sensor to maximize the value of your instruction. As such, Blast sensors are used during all sessions. We also have several BlastTrax certified instructors. These coaches are certified to use both the Blast sensor and the HitTrax Baseball tracker in conjunction to create a complete picture of your swing. Our instructors understand that no two players are alike and will work with you to get the results you're looking for.

“When it comes to hitting, balance is key. Great balance, mixed with good pitch recognition, discipline, with some aggressiveness is key to being a high-level hitter. Power starts from the ground up. I teach all my hitters to use their lower half and core in every swing, no empty calorie swings. You practice the way you play.”

I've been fortunate to be around a game I love for over 45 years as a teammate and coach. I consider myself lucky to be able to work with companies like HitTrax Baseball and Blast Motion that are building products that are revolutionizing player training. The tools players have at their disposal today are nothing short of amazing.
